ISMAH Beach Resort Melaka — Hotel in Malacca

Room was not clean. Theres only 2 towels prepared for a room for 4. Only 2 small soaps provided. No other toiletries. Spots on blanket. A lot of ants on the floor. Towel smelled of bleach. Caused redness on my children's skin. A lot of dust everywhere. TV not working. No channel at all. No. Wifi. Worst of all, the electricity was tripped a few times during our visit. Requested for a change of room and was asked to pay extra! Ridiculous! The room wasn't that cheap too. It was RM200 per night. In the night there was a teambuilding group outside of the room singing karaoke so loud until past midnight! Will never ever come to this horrible...

Access to this place are a bit hard due to no signboard available and some more the access are bit dangerous due to its located near a bend of the main road without no signboard. Location wise it,s convenient for visitors who are looking for privacy with a secluded private beach area my reccomendation this place are good for family gathering. Visitors could easily find another place to have a meal nearby. Rooms are convenient but need a little improvement such as the rooms itself not enough space available for prayer...

Conduct the school reunion here last year. Good place for the small gathering. En Faizal (resort manager) is a very helpful and very nice person. Have a good telematch activity, nice bbq dinner & karaoke session, and morning activity, include beach soccer and beach vollyball session. During the dinner, you can arrange the resort to prepare the cake and hamper on that night, they will prepare for you. The pool is design for kid and not too big.
