It took sometime for me to post this. It would be a long review if I wanna write details about it. So to make it short, Gunung Berembun is next to Gunung Telapak Buruk and vice versa. My advice is, if you wanna hiking for one day trip yes you can but start it from Gunung Telapak Buruk. Park your car at the foothills of Gunung Berembun and ask somebody to send you at Gunung Telapak Buruk. Much easier. Prepare extra food and water. Mentally and physically challenged. As the journey will took one whole day unless you want to spend one nite camping here. If you start at 6.30 am probably you will finish it by 4.30 or 5.30 pm depends on your capability. And that was mine. 😅. Along the way you will find the location of the plane crash. The route is quite challenging as the trail is steep from Gua Kambing to Gunung Berembun summit's (starting point from Loji Penapisan Air Gunung Berembun). But if you don't want to spend long hours in the jungle you may start hiking at the entrance of Gunung Berembun and return to where have you started. That's all I can say. Good luck!
P/s: if your entrance from the foot hill of (where the Loji Penapisan Air located) G. Berembun you have to pay rm5...

This is expected to be moderate hike. If going first time...
