The ambience setting was very nice. Heart shaped baloons filled the interior dining cabin and the tables were tastefully decorated with rose petals and a floating heart balloon. The cruise itself was pretty pointless as it was at night and you don't get to see much as the surroundings were dark. Cruising under the bridges were the only highlight of the cruise itself as far as sight seeing scenery goes as 2 of the bridges were nicely lit. The lucky draw was generous and the perfect match game where they make you answer questions about your partner on a Q&A form was fun and the prize was also generous. 1 night stay at pullman hotel or shangri-la. Very generous prizes. 2 prizes out of about 10 couples. 20% chance of winning. The MC was pleasant and a nice person but her Master of cerrmony skills were quite bad. This causes the ambience effect to drop many points in my opinion as valentines day dinners bank a lot on ambience. The food was extremely mediocre. The salad was yummy, the mushroom soup was good but not warm enough. The bread rolls and butter was nice. The chicken Maryland and the salmon was mediocre at best. My partner's salmon main dish had a teaspoon serving of mash potatoes while my chicken Maryland mash potatoes were plentiful. Why the discrepancy? The sauteed vegetables and mushroom on the side was dead looking and tasted boring. The sauces for both mains were bland and unremarkable. The cake in the end was mainly sponge and the quality and recipe used was mediocre. Conclusion. They charge 477rm (inclusive of the 6% gst) for this. I would say...unless you walked away with the lucky draw or the game prize, the price point to the product was unbalanced. After experiencing this product, I would say that I would be willing to pay at the most, 70rm for the meal per person. And the cruise itself 50rm per person. Total 70+70+50+50= 240rm. And even at 240rm, I would give it a pass. Oh they also give you one stalk of rose and a very tiny palm sized plush bear. Of course anywhere spent with your one true love would be positive experience but I'm reviewing this as a valentines day product. Also, the live band was quite terrible. Bad bad singing. And choice of songs was also not that great. Overall, I advise you to save your 477rm and go to another restaurant dining experience. Yes I know it's a cruise product so it's a different experience from a restaurant but as a cruise product it truly falls flat on its own turf. I am grateful for the experience, but my review is a 2 out of 5 stars. The 2 points goes to the effort and the friendly staff and sales personnel. Highly Not...

Read moreI recently organized a company event for 18 people, intending to enjoy a sightseeing cruise at Putrajaya. Unfortunately, our experience with Cruise Putrajaya was disheartening, and the poor management left us thoroughly upset.
Initially, we reached out via WhatsApp to the number provided on the Cruise Tasik Putrajaya website, but received no response. Subsequently, I called their official number (+60388810648). They provided an alternative number for booking, and after sending a WhatsApp message expressing our intent to book for 18 people on a specific date and time, they replied and instructed us to fill in the booking details. After providing the necessary information, they confirmed the booking.
However, our excitement turned to frustration on the day of the event. After a half-hour journey to the location, we were shocked to learn that our booking was not on record. The staff suggested waiting for the next available cruise at 3:25 pm, leaving our group stranded without a clear explanation.
Attempts to contact the person in charge of our booking were futile; numerous calls went unanswered, compounding our disappointment and inconvenience.
This experience was not only unexpected but also poorly managed. I would advise future customers to exercise caution and double-check their bookings to avoid similar inconveniences.
I hope this feedback contributes to improving the booking and communication processes at...
