The ambience setting was very nice. Heart shaped baloons filled the interior dining cabin and the tables were tastefully decorated with rose petals and a floating heart balloon. The cruise itself was pretty pointless as it was at night and you don't get to see much as the surroundings were dark. Cruising under the bridges were the only highlight of the cruise itself as far as sight seeing scenery goes as 2 of the bridges were nicely lit. The lucky draw was generous and the perfect match game where they make you answer questions about your partner on a Q&A form was fun and the prize was also generous. 1 night stay at pullman hotel or shangri-la. Very generous prizes. 2 prizes out of about 10 couples. 20% chance of winning. The MC was pleasant and a nice person but her Master of cerrmony skills were quite bad. This causes the ambience effect to drop many points in my opinion as valentines day dinners bank a lot on ambience. The food was extremely mediocre. The salad was yummy, the mushroom soup was good but not warm enough. The bread rolls and butter was nice. The chicken Maryland and the salmon was mediocre at best. My partner's salmon main dish had a teaspoon serving of mash potatoes while my chicken Maryland mash potatoes were plentiful. Why the discrepancy? The sauteed vegetables and mushroom on the side was dead looking and tasted boring. The sauces for both mains were bland and unremarkable. The cake in the end was mainly sponge and the quality and recipe used was mediocre. Conclusion. They charge 477rm (inclusive of the 6% gst) for this. I would say...unless you walked away with the lucky draw or the game prize, the price point to the product was unbalanced. After experiencing this product, I would say that I would be willing to pay at the most, 70rm for the meal per person. And the cruise itself 50rm per person. Total 70+70+50+50= 240rm. And even at 240rm, I would give it a pass. Oh they also give you one stalk of rose and a very tiny palm sized plush bear. Of course anywhere spent with your one true love would be positive experience but I'm reviewing this as a valentines day product. Also, the live band was quite terrible. Bad bad singing. And choice of songs was also not that great. Overall, I advise you to save your 477rm and go to another restaurant dining experience. Yes I know it's a cruise product so it's a different experience from a restaurant but as a cruise product it truly falls flat on its own turf. I am grateful for the experience, but my review is a 2 out of 5 stars. The 2 points goes to the effort and the friendly staff and sales personnel. Highly Not...

Cruise Tasik Putrajaya is a must-do activity for anyone visiting Putrajaya, Malaysia. It is a great way to see the city's iconic landmarks from a unique perspective. The cruise takes you around the Putrajaya Lake, which is home to many of the city's most important buildings, including the Perdana Putra, the Putra Mosque, and the Seri Wawasan Bridge.

The cruise lasts for about 45 minutes, and during that time, you will learn about the history and culture of Putrajaya from a knowledgeable guide. The guide will also point out all of the important landmarks and tell you about their significance.

The cruise boats are very comfortable and spacious. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can choose where you want to sit depending on the weather. There are also snacks and drinks available for purchase on board.

I highly recommend Cruise Tasik Putrajaya to anyone looking for a fun and informative way to see Putrajaya. It is a great activity for people of all ages, and it is a great way to learn about the city's history and culture.

Here are some specific things that I liked about Cruise Tasik Putrajaya:

I recently organized a company event for 18 people, intending to enjoy a sightseeing cruise at Putrajaya. Unfortunately, our experience with Cruise Putrajaya was disheartening, and the poor management left us thoroughly upset.

Initially, we reached out via WhatsApp to the number provided on the Cruise Tasik Putrajaya website, but received no response. Subsequently, I called their official number (+60388810648). They provided an alternative number for booking, and after sending a WhatsApp message expressing our intent to book for 18 people on a specific date and time, they replied and instructed us to fill in the booking details. After providing the necessary information, they confirmed the booking.

However, our excitement turned to frustration on the day of the event. After a half-hour journey to the location, we were shocked to learn that our booking was not on record. The staff suggested waiting for the next available cruise at 3:25 pm, leaving our group stranded without a clear explanation.

Attempts to contact the person in charge of our booking were futile; numerous calls went unanswered, compounding our disappointment and inconvenience.

This experience was not only unexpected but also poorly managed. I would advise future customers to exercise caution and double-check their bookings to avoid similar inconveniences.

I hope this feedback contributes to improving the booking and communication processes at...

I recently had the pleasure of taking a cruise around Putrajaya, and I must say it was an absolute highlight of my trip to Malaysia. The Putrajaya Cruise offered a unique and relaxing experience that I won't soon forget. Pros: The cruise departed on time and ran smoothly throughout the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everyone on board was comfortable and having a good time. The views of Putrajaya's stunning architecture and lush greenery were breathtaking. We passed by numerous iconic landmarks, including the Putra Mosque, Seri Perdana, and the Putrajaya Bridge. The cruise included a variety of amenities, including a buffet lunch, live music, and comfortable seating areas. There was even a photo opportunity with a friendly pirate! The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and amenities provided. Cons: None! I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the cruise. Recommendations: Be sure to arrive at the departure point early to grab a good spot on board. Don't miss the photo opportunity with the pirate - it's a great way to capture some fun memories.

We had a wonderful experience on the Cruise Tasik Putrajaya with our two young kids (ages 5 and 7). It was one of the highlights of our day trip to Putrajaya! The boat was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We chose the air-conditioned cruise, which was a relief given the heat. Big windows allowed us to enjoy stunning views of the Putra Mosque, Seri Wawasan Bridge, and the beautiful architecture around the lake without worrying about the sun or humidity—perfect for families with small children. The boarding process was smooth and staff were very friendly. They even helped us with the stroller and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The ride was calm and peaceful, and both kids were fascinated by the modern buildings and bridges. It was also just the right length—not too long to make them restless. I recommend going in the late afternoon so you can see the sunset over the lake. If you’re visiting Putrajaya with kids, this is a relaxing and safe way to enjoy the scenery while giving the little ones something fun and different to remember. Highly recommended for families!

“A Decent Cruise but with Room for Improvement” We decided to hop on the Cruise Tasik Putrajaya at the very last moment, just before the final trip around 6:30 PM (on weekdays; weekends and public holidays run until 8:30 PM). Tickets cost about RM 200 for three people. The cruise itself is a glass-top, air-conditioned cabin with a small open deck upstairs. We initially tried to enjoy the open area, but space was very limited, so staying in the AC cabin was more comfortable. The views from the top and front were lovely, especially with Putrajaya’s iconic landmarks, but there was no proper signage or display to explain what we were seeing—something that could make the experience much more informative. The staff seemed few in number and not very cooperative, which was disappointing given the RM 70 per-person charge. Reaching the ticket counter was also a bit of a hassle with lots of stairs—quite challenging if you’re with kids. Overall, it’s an okay experience if you want a relaxed boat ride, but Putrajaya has many other attractions worth exploring too.
