Review of Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC)
I recently had the opportunity to visit the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), and I must say, it left a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, the grandeur and elegance of the architecture were breathtaking. The design seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with traditional Malaysian elements, creating a truly unique and sophisticated atmosphere.
The facilities at PICC are top-notch. The main convention hall is spacious, well-lit, and equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, making it perfect for large-scale events, conferences, and exhibitions. The smaller meeting rooms are equally impressive, offering a more intimate setting for workshops and seminars. Everything is meticulously maintained, and the staff are incredibly professional, ensuring that every event runs smoothly.
One of the highlights of PICC is its strategic location in the heart of Putrajaya. Surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque landscapes, the venue offers a serene and inspiring environment. The nearby Putrajaya Lake adds to the charm, providing a beautiful backdrop for outdoor events or a leisurely stroll during breaks.
The catering services at PICC are also worth mentioning. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary requirements. Whether it was a buffet or a plated meal, the quality and presentation were exceptional.
Overall, my experience at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre was nothing short of excellent. It’s a world-class venue that combines functionality, beauty, and exceptional service. Whether you’re planning a large international conference or a smaller corporate event, PICC is definitely a venue worth considering. I highly recommend it and look forward to attending more events here...
Read moreAttended a conference here for the 30th anniversary of MAHTAS and was impressed by the venue overall. Free parking is always a welcome bonus, although I did find the exit a little confusing—the signage could be clearer to guide first-time visitors.
The event space itself was bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows, which gave the place an open, cheerful feel. The air-conditioning was just right—cool enough to stay comfortable without feeling like we were in a freezer.
Lunch was very good, with a nice variety of dishes served promptly and well-presented. The sound system was excellent—clear and well-balanced—and the screen projection was sharp and easy to read from anywhere in the hall. I also appreciated the carpet choice; instead of the usual dark, heavy colours, it was lighter and more pleasant, adding to the fresh, modern feel of the venue.
I had the opportunity to give a talk here, and the audio-visual setup truly did my presentation justice. The layout of the room, seating arrangement, and technical support all worked smoothly, making it an enjoyable experience both as a speaker and as an attendee.
Overall, a well-maintained venue with great natural light, good food, and excellent AV facilities—just needs a bit of improvement in parking exit signage. Would happily return for...
Read moreThis is review for Iftar on 27 April 2022 Food: variety yes, but taste bland. Not really nice, the "kambing bakar" quite hard and chewy. Overall can eat but not worthy for the money since the food not delicious. All is normal food which you can eat outside, there is no special cook or unique taste. I think I waste 300 for the food 😂😂😂.
Space: okie, but really put table near toilet😅😅😅 pity all of us who came with partner, they arrange near toilet and the table no cloth. And I think not my table only is dancing while eating, a few of us 😂😂.oh God, if the table is broken please replace it. Since heavy rain, and there is no one around to ask, so we proceed with dancing table.
Services: front desk, okielah since we just check in, they give wristband to wear, and nothing effort and comment from this side. Just 20 seconds communication.
For adik who serve laksa is not friendly, ask for extra vege and egg, she said cannot. 😂😂😂.. I thought we could it anything. I don't why we unable to serve ourself. We could put which we like, like really buffet. She cut egg to quarter, then I said Pasar malam also half😂😂. Then only she give me another quarter.
Parking: food as this is convention Centre. A lot of space.
