The manager or the owner should really take this review as to better their service. I went today after seeing the reviews for the place and decided to gave it a try and i was extremely disappointed. The ambience was nice as i sat inside. Everything from the first look was okay and then i called the waiter and your waiters need serious proper f&b training. The way they communicate with us customers showed that they lacked training. I ordered fried calamari (which was not so bad.. was a bit tasteless until u mix it with the sauce), cucur udang (barely had any udang in it but id give it a 5/10 rate) and one ayam neraka (the spicy level of their sambal was good but its so bland. Its just super super spicy but there was no saltyness taste or onions or anything. It was tasteless spicy and to be honest, wong solo can serve you better ayam and sambal which is sad because indus can beat this if they had quality control) and was ALSO very disappointed with their tomyam noodle that i ordered because the chicken in it, i could taste the smell of poorly washed chicken cutlets and the seafood in it was not fresh at all. ON TOP OF ALL THE BELOW EXPECTATION ON THE FOOD THAT WE ORDERED, as soon as the food arrived, flies came to our table non stop!! This was super unacceptable due to our seating inside the cafe, not out and the waiters could clearly see that we were struggling to eat the food served because every time we are trying to take a bite, the other hand has to wave it and keep the fly away from landing on our food!!! We left the place felt cheated as we paid a bill that we did not enjoy both on the food and the ambience. It was terrible. Please improvise as you have so much potential, being next to the putrajaya lake which is a plus point for the view and working together with bora ombak...

After few hours searching suddenly Indus Putrajaya by Bora Ombak come out in my search list. Immediately call and person incharge advice to on next day because the day I want is fully booked. When the date come, I reached around 7.30pm and they welcomed me and direct me to the table specially setup as advertised. Very impressive 😍😍😍. Here my review.
Had our buffet lunch on Friday (was declared as Public Holiday on the day of event)
Variety of food compared to price per pax is good. You can find “kampung dishes” with “ulam-ulaman”, not forgetting“various type of “kerabu being served.
If you are not keen on eating rice, there is also noodle soup, spaghetti (aglio oglio and carbonara). Salad as usual buffet.
Grilled chicken however was left opened and unattended causing flies to gather on the food.
Type of beverages; plain water was not being replenished, so called fruit juice (sorry that I could not dentify the taste or my taste bud was really bad, most probably it is sarsi-cincau?) hot drinks were available, but cup and saucer was not there. We had to use the glasses to pour the coffee instead.
Desserts from cakes, to bread pudding, and custard. The “bubur jagung?” (It is yellow but doesnt taste like corn) rated 1/5. Regret that this is an honest review from all of us.
Ambience was awesome, it is by the lakeside and very hard to get this kind of dining view in KL or Putrajaya.
Plate and cutleries; we hope the rrstaurant could pay more attention on this by ensuring clean and no crack/chipping plate were used.
We also hope that the staff could be given more training on table etiquette, please do not take the plate from people who ate still eating, it is not a right way doing it. Also as a customer, we would like to give feedback and comments so that we will be happy to come again in future. Unfortunately the staff responded inadequately when receiving our feedback by raising their voice and showed angry faces.
Indus Putrajaya is a nice place, we really hope that the management could look into any kind of improvement in...
