Amazing experience overall!
π Food: The food is very, very nice β absolutely delicious! They go by themes, so you'll find a variety like Indian, Malay, Oriental, and sometimes even Western. Every dish is freshly cooked, and when something runs out, they immediately prepare more π½οΈ. The desserts? Totally scrumptious π°!
π§βπ³ Service: Top-notch! The staff are friendly and always offer water refills without needing to ask. You can really feel they care about the dining experience β€οΈ.
π’ Space & Facilities: The place is very spacious, and thereβs even a toilet available for customers π». They also provide a Grab-to-Eat section which is super convenient π₯‘.
π ΏοΈ Parking: Lots of free parking available β no stress at all π.
π€· Layout: The only downside is that the food placement is a bit chaotic, and the stations are quite close to each other. It can feel crowded during peak times, and sometimes youβll end up butt-to-butt with other customers π . But itβs manageable and doesnβt take away too much from the overall experience.
β Verdict: Great food, excellent service, and a convenient setup. Just be ready for a little crowding near the buffet line. Still, highly...

Kudos to the kitchen. The service was very attentive and helpful. A special request for ginger tea was immediately fulfilled. Fortunately, we were able to sit down and eat in a quiet corner, so we didn't have to expose ourselves to the hustle and bustle of the buffet.
The entire dinner experience "a la carte" was how I would like the service and food to be in an upscale hotel π
My general opinion on "all-you-can-eat buffets": The all-you-can-eat buffet looked good, but firstly, I don't really like the incredible waste of food, and secondly, I find the eating habits of most guests off-putting. "I paid, so I stuff myself until I feel sick." That has nothing to do with enjoyment. At a restaurant nearby, there is a "penalty" if your plate is not empty.... That's the right message. Maybe the restaurant management can come up with a similar method to at least curb unnecessary waste. I can only shake my head at the way most guests stuff themselves and then not finish...

The food taste & presentation was above average in a beautiful restaurant .Excellent ambience. BUT it is of no use if u dont replenish ur food timely in a buffet breakfast where the guests kept coming in . There were so many staffs walking around but oblivion to the fact that most stations had food not replenished .Some plates went empty like for over 1 hour , or more. May be it is a way to control the food cost . But definitely not a way to show hospitality to the hotel guests , especially those guests from overseas that was reading about the dishes with the item tags but no food on the plates .ππ€¦π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ To make my point clear ,I had taken photos of the empty plates or pots .(Most had been empty for more than at least 45 minutes .)
