A small reconstructed fort with a commanding view overlooking the Batang Lupar river and Simanggang town.
Entry is free. There are some canons and traditional boats on the ground floor. Exhibits on the first floor display some historical artefacts. There is a moot court in the centre.
Take off your shoes before ascending the staircase to protect the wooden floor.
It is not airconditioned and there are hardly any fans, hence it is quite warm.

Spent about 30 minutes checking out the exhibits to get a feel of the tiny kingdoms that existed up to 400 years ago.
