Identical to other KFC branches in Malaysia, however, what makes it stand out from others is the cleanliness of the outlet and the friendliness of the staff. I try to request for a chicken wing for my Snack Plate menu. But their staff said chicken wings are not available due to quality control by the outlet - it is too small, hence, rejected by them. Limited choices of food, while other kfc is running promotions this kfc seems to either haven’t start the promo or happened to end the promo earlier than others, only ground floor is open to be used, floor 1 is hardly opened to be used. Bad service, only one counter is available but they are 3-4 of cashiers (not sure if they are cashiers) standing in front of the counter during dinner hour which is 6pm.
