As u can see, the staff weighed the ice cream on a dirty receipt roll n we’re supposed to eat the wafer tht touches it. Even bfr putting on the ice cream sleeve, they placed it on an unclean surface. Then, aftr using the sleeve, they still weighed it the same way. If they had used the sleeve as a base while weighing, it would hv been fine since we don’t eat the outside part.

N to make things worse, do u know what else?? They just threw all the cone sleeves carelessly on the table. In the end, they stacked multiple wafercovered cones in a container. So basically, the preparation process is unhygienic!

All this juz bcs u’re so eager to weigh ur RM2 ice cream? To the point that ur staff can’t even use common sense while doing it?

Hi, will be real honest here, i ordered o crispy sundae, so tell me what does mixue sec 7 jln kristal sells? Cone or the ice cream? Do u want me to drink or to eat? And ive seen other bad reviews, it seems im not the only one who got less than usual loaded ice cream like i usually get from other branches? Mixue Seksyen 7 is one of the better Mixue outlets I’ve been to! The service here is much friendlier compared to other places, and the staff actually greets customers with a smile. They prepare orders quickly, even when it’s busy, and I’ve never had an issue with the portioning—the ice cream is always full and well-made.
