Farmers Market Ta' Qali — Attraction in Attard

I like this farmers market. I've seen it before Covid hit and it was much more fun, since you could touch the produce and pick what you want. Now some stalls pick it for you, which takes the whole fun out of it. Be aware that the main core of the farmers sell Maltese grown produce so almost all stalls sell the same thing. You won't find imported stuff (for example you won't find bananas) or limes or things like that. Make sure you check the produce at home for bugs, many times i brought in interesting companions such as snails. I love the mushroom vendors who have fresh and interesting variates...

All the veggies are bought freshly from the market earlier today morning. You've wide varities of options to buy from different stores. Anytime VFM when compared to buying from supe market/big stores. The only issue is with commuting. if you've your personal vehicle it'll be hassle free. Reaching the market with the help of public transport would be a bit of challenge as the nearest bus stop is like 5-10 mins walk from the market. Good to visit early, as few things might get sold out a bit early than usual. Happy...
