Manoma Spa & Salon Cabo San Lucas — Attraction in Baja California Sur

Just tried to book a mani/pedi with hot stone massage for my wife, not sure who said the customer service was good but my experience was anything but… first off they gave me the run around with the scheduling- they said they had availability, I tried to book and then they reneged and could only do one of 3 requests and when I asked when they would have availability they continued to give me the run around. I’m sure the services would have been acceptable… if you can schedule them. I will not be giving them my money any time soon. Good luck all!

On my first visit to this salon, which I had previously passed by numerous times when it was under different ownership, I opted for a haircut and color service. Sergio was my assigned stylist, and he exhibited exceptional professionalism, allocating sufficient time to both coloring and cutting my hair. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Moreover, Sergio provided a complimentary head massage following the hair washing process, which was remarkably relaxing. Considering the outstanding service, pleasant ambiance, and friendly staff, I plan to schedule another appointment, which will include a pedicure.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Manoma spa on many occasions over the last few years. The last 3 visits have been especially enjoyable due to the employee Florence. She makes every visit special and is able to answer any questions I have in English which has been very beneficial. She takes special care of my pedicures and the filling of my acrylic nails as well. I also love Catherine who is also very skilled and pleasant although our communication is limited to smiles and hand language.
