If your near Rosarito, make sure you visit this spot. It is located on the kilometer 38 south of the USA MEX border, right by the coast line. You can see it from the freeway. If you’re able to go up to the base of the statue there is an incredible view of the coast. Please BE CAREFUL standing by the edge of the hill at that location.
