Moses was an absolute rockstar. He opened the restaurant just for us so we could celebrate a birthday, greeted us with fresh soups and flavored waters, and even offered mezcal on the house. My mother-in-law doesn’t usually like fish, so he went off-menu to create something just for her, which was such a thoughtful touch. We used to get the best seafood tacos here pre-covid. We were not disappointed with the new ownership. The menu is a little different for tacos but I didn’t expect to see sushi here. Moses the new owner of the business was super friendly and the service is great. The fish tacos were amazing! The shrimp & octopus tacos were good too and so was the shrimp ceviche. Must stop for the best fish tacos in Rosarito! Grilled yellowfin taco, rather than battered char, super fresh and clean! One of the best I've had not only in Rosarito, but throughout SoCal! Also, had the ceviche mixta, super fresh fish, nice portion, great marinade, as well as aguachili. We enjoyed the ice-cold michaladas as well.

Service was great, and the owner, Moses, is definitely a hardworking great guy, who loves to cook and cares deeply about putting out great food.
