This place has a nice outdoor concert hall behind the museum. Had a great time at the concert. Fue triste y decepcionante visitar el trompo, la falta de cuidado en sus áreas, material y equipo didáctico dañado, áreas cerradas, rampas cerradas, elevadores cerrados, baños cerrados, lamentable que tengan que llegar a entretener a la gente con dos niños para dar show denigrante y con falta de ética para entretener o tratar de complementar lo que poco a poco se va deteriorando o la falta de espacios por estar fuera de servicio. La cafetería de haber sido una de las mejores en atención y servicio, ahora esta vacia, solo tenían café y frío, fue una experiencia horrible y triste ver como han descuidado sus instalaciones y siguen cobrando lo mismo, hasta la sala de cine cerrada. Volvemos con el mismo tema de siempre, inician muy bien y terminan mal por falta de presupuesto por que se lo gastan en otras cosas,. La atención en general puede mejorar, el personal sin ganas de trabajar y solo esperando a que termine el dia para irse. En definitiva, hay que poner mas atención en la imagen, atención y servicio, y no cobrar lo mismo cuando las instalaciones no están funcionando en su totalidad., si queremos ser parte de un cambio hay que empezar a mejorar por dar un mejor cambio. Es importante no discutir por lo que se ve, y no podemos decir que si estaba cerrado por que hay poca gente, siempre debe de estar funcional, ya que el costo no lo reducen ¿verdad? por tener áreas cerradas o en remodelación o por tener poca gente para justificarse. Aceptamos que muchas veces criticamos algo sin saber, pero debemos aceptar la crítica y saber que hacer con ella. Por que algo debe de estar pasando y se refleja con el consumidor final que es el cliente del cual se lleva esa imagen al final del...

As a massive event venue, this place is arranged with no safety in mind. I attended a concert for the first time there and the section I was in (closest to stage) was chair after chair for the entire rows, and row after row. Cheap chairs and absolutely no room or isles for anything. ONLY one entrance and exit to the parking lot and to the venue. Only one restroom in the place (one for ladies, one for men), you can imagine the long lines especially for the ladies room. It took me an hour just to get out of the parking lot. Won't go there again...
