Running hot water inconsistency was already an issue and on my third night there’s no hot water at all. Reception gave me another room key 104 and same issue, no hot water! Apparently entire hotel has no hot water running and there is no maintenance employees on premises ! My daughter and I witnessed many guests complaining of the issue at lobby. I’m disabled and cannot live without hot water for mobility and pain management. Additionally my other guest went swimming to the pool and is unable to take a hot shower to properly cleanse. I’m Paying high premium hotel room price to have specific amenities and they can’t commit to their end of return on my money. According to reviews this is a constant problem therefore this hotel should lower their prices to meet their hotel standards. Based on my building inspector experience, I strongly believe they shut off hot water at a certain time daily because when I attempt to shower at late nights the water is Luke warm to cold. Overall not great place for extended stay. I booked 5 nights with 3 not having hot running water and maintenance not able to fix issue. Beware with cloudy pool water. It needs to be cleaned more frequently. Sunday at checkout I am disabled and unable to use disabled access to exit lobby with cart filled with my luggage. Cars where parked over both handicap ramps due to Saturday night full guests at hotel. I had a household full of items to move out of the room into my truck as I’m transitioning housing. This caused my back to have severe complications. Rooms are quiet and clean. Rest of property appears clean except for cloudy pool water. Employees are only cordial if you initiate the greeting . Other than that, they are straight face non verbal .

Nice hotel, peaceful and clean, especially for multiple days. This hotel has a great location with many stores, restaurants within a short walking distance. It's a nicer neighborhood than most and right by the huge Mormon temple. There is a wonderful coffee place called Blue Luna next door to the hotel, that has all the specialty coffees as well as good food. There is an OXXO convenience store a half block away and a food truck park, full restaurants, etc. The room I had was clean and neat, providing a kitchenette (although no utensils, dishes, pans, etc.) You could cook yourself a meal here if you needed to and brought your own stuff. The refrigerator is full sized. They had the usual TV with remote to which you could connect your own device. Drawers, a closet, ironing board (I didn't see an iron, but didn't ask for one). The bed was comfortable enough though the pillows were a bit lumpy. My only complaint is the bed frame extends out past the mattress, and I hit my leg multiple times walking around the bed, as I stumbled to the bathroom, half asleep, in the middle of the night. Once it drew blood, but thankfully, I had a band-aid. There is a workout room, pool, laundry room. The elevator is fast and spacious, the employees are nice and efficient. Room cleaning is not done every day, but you can request it when needed. Overall, it's a great hotel with simple amenities. I have stayed there before and most likely will again. I'll just set my suitcase by the corner of the bed to remind me to circle wide while walking around the bed.

So we stayed there 2 nights this past weekend let's start with the good.. Walking distance to many businesses, restaurants etc... The area is relatively nice. Internet worked well but not the fastest. The coffee shop next to the hotel was a plus.. Now the bad... Rooms are plain no mirrors, lamps or decorations. Parking lot has a weird pattern if you park on the back side you end up getting blocked by the car in front. No shower courtain, no towel hanger and only 1 roll of paper, also the door lock didn't work šŸ˜ (room 213) It does have a fridge and stove but you will have to take pretty much everything else. I called reception twice on Saturday night to ask a question -no answer, tried from my phone -no answer. Went down and asked the girl there what number I had to dial from my room and she said 0, I told her that I dialed twice and no one picked up even from my phone. All she said was ooh.

To all those looking to book a room, I recomend you look at the cleanliness first. The bathroom was dirty the toilet and sink had hairs and you can tell they were not cleaned the shower also had hair and dry soap. The floors were super dirty to. I don't even know if they changed the sheets. Overall the whole room was super nasty. The worst part is I asked 3 times to have it cleaned all they did was take out the trash as if that was the issue. I don't think anyone wants to stay in a room that has been used before you and is left dirty. All 3 times reception said they would have Someone clean it immediately I was hardly In the room so I trusted they did every time I got back but nop. They gave me 2 dirty towels which i asked to have exchanged, there was a tiny bottle of shampoo and tiny bar of soap. No hand soap, no hand towels total only 2 of them for shower. No blankets on beds, tiny parking spots.I will not be staying here again, such a loss though because it seems in a safe area and it's pretty modern. The beds were comfortable...
