Baristi Macro Plaza — Restaurant in Baja California

Every time I visit the Macroplaza, I love stopping by this café for their Cajeta latte—it’s one of my favorites! I also really enjoy their dirty chai, and I've tried both the matcha latte and the regular chai as well. I appreciate that they offer oat milk and almond milk as alternatives—it’s not easy to find good dairy-free options in Tijuana. Even when they’re super busy (which is often), I always feel acknowledged. The staff lets me know right away that they’ll be with me shortly, and that little touch of communication makes a big difference. The space is always clean, well-kept, and the staff is kind and friendly. Definitely one of my favorite spots for coffee in the area!

Cada vez que visito la Macroplaza, me encanta pasar por este café por su latte de cajeta—¡es uno de mis favoritos! También disfruto mucho su dirty chai, y he probado tanto el matcha latte como el chai regular. Aprecio mucho que ofrezcan leche de avena y leche de almendra como opciones—no es fácil encontrar buenas alternativas sin lácteos en Tijuana. Aunque casi siempre están muy ocupados, siempre me hacen sentir atendida. El personal me avisa de inmediato que me atenderán en cuanto puedan, y ese pequeño gesto hace una gran diferencia. El lugar siempre está limpio, ordenado, y el personal es amable y atento. ¡Definitivamente uno de mis lugares favoritos para tomar...

The coffee i ordered was really good. The service was awful. I asked the server what came in a drink i was interested in and gave me a mad stare and then said it so low i had to ask again what he said then he gave me another nasty stare. If you don’t have basic customer service skills don’t work in these places please. Also, i don’t think the tables for customers is a table for a worker to be doing her makeup and hair...

They have good service, but overall a regular coffee shop, in the summer is really hot inside because the sun hits in the direction of the store and they don't bother with putting a sunroof to avoid that, I liked...
