Not saying this place is bad, just my experience was bad.
The design and concept is great, however the wait staff isn't very knowledgeable of the food, drinks and comfort.
They sat us in a spot that was going to be hit by sun 5mins after we were seated, someone (seemed like a owner/manager) helped us out and changed us to another space a while after we were trying to work aroud chairs and packed into a corner of our table.
Everything was looking up, however the restaurant is pet friendly and our 6yr old daughter is terrified of dogs, there is a dog on the property that walks around the restaurant. Everything went downhill, my daughter started to panic and all the wait staff would do is say "she's harmless" (dog) I ended up eating outside with my daughter in the back of our truck. Got everything else to go and left as soon as we could.
So like I said my experience was bad, not bad mouthing the place, just a little disappointed noone would do anything to help us have a better experience.
Food was good, even reheated at home, didn't have a chance to try out the...
Read moreSo this review is largely for the wine, and as most people have wildly varying tastes I guess it should be taken with a grain of salt. First off, the building is gorgeous, the patio where they have a little restaurant is beautiful, the view of the vineyard with rolling hills in the background is completely pituresque. We tasted 5 wines. One was pretty good. 3 were kinda mediocre. One was BAD. The Viognier was quite good, not as sweet as expected, lovely nose, nice finish. We had 2 of their standard blends (zinfandel and other stuff) and they weren't bad persay, but not exactly worth going back for. The last wine we tried was one of their premiums... and to be honest I'm not sure which it was but it really read a bit barnyard on the nose and even more so on tasting. Very mineral tasting and not liked by any...
Read moreNot a very popular winery yet, has only been here 9 years. But checked it out to try some wine and also had a cheese board. We got the package with 1 white wine and 2 reds. The wine was good and paired well with cheese board. I wish the cheese board bad more bread or pesto or even jam, because it did have a good variety of cheese but not much to pair it with. They also need to work on there parking lot, because you need to park outdoors and no signage as to where. They do have a small indoor gift shop with a variety of items to purchase from hats to jam to magnets and jewelry, but under staff. Not enough staff to cover all the areas they had for amount of people when I waa there. But so love the fact they had TV showing the history...
