They have great service. When I went last night it was packed and full of people. It's usually not crowded but for some reason it was.

I would say that it's one of the best customer service Homedepot has. They treat you well and help you to the best as they can. The only thing I could say is that it's hard at times to obtain someone to help you. They always play as they are busy to help or they take their time to help you out even if you press the "Help" button. They come turn it off and they just tell you that someone will come in a minute and they take a while. I would say that one time it took almost 30 minutes for someone to come and help me do a work order some doors.

Bad service. We ordered furniture and they were scheduled for delivery a week after. That day came and went, no delivery, no message from them. We tried to call but nobody answers. Finally, we managed to get hold of someone that told us the delivery date was postponed a week. That day came and went, still no message from them or calls or anything. And still almost impossible to get hold of someone that can tell us anything. I will never order from Home Depot...

Tengan mucho cuidado, en esta tienda me robaron hace una semana! El modus operandi es el siguiente: se acercan a ti varias mujeres por la derecha, izquierda y detrás de ti, cercándote e impidiéndote el paso en un pasillo al fondo de la tienda. Yo iba con mis hijas y mi mamá, me toco una que me hizo voltear, mientras otra me hablo para preguntarme algo, como estaba revisando unas cosas del rack para mi, seguía preguntando, se me hizo raro, así que trate de caminar y no me dejaba, hasta que la otra se movió, pero como la trate de evadir y me fui del lado contrario de mi mamá, en ese momento también la distrajeron y sacaron la cartera de mi bolsa. Nos dimos cuenta en unos minutos más. Pedí ayuda acercándome a la salida, por que me imagine que el único altercado había sido ese y que me la encontraría al salir! Lejos de ayudarme los de la tienda, me perjudicaron más, solo un hombre hacia las mismas preguntas y solo se fue a revisar el lugar y regreso, se volvió a ir y regreso diciendo que si las identificaba, le dije que si, por la estatura y complexión, identifique a una, pero dijo que no podía hacer nada. Una cajera nos dijo muy indignada que " eso no pasaba ahí"! Pues me pasó, me dejaron sin nada! Pésimo lugar, debe alguien que trabaja ahí estar de acuerdo con ese tipo de personas, me quedo mas que claro! No tienen ningún protocolo de atención en estos casos ni se hacen...
