ACUARIO MICHIN CDMX — Attraction in Mexico City

Ya he ido dos veces y en ambas experiencias fueron diferentes pero en general esto es lo que debes saber:

Fui un miércoles a las 11:00 am y el acuario estaba prácticamente vacío. Muy poca gente y la verdad disfrutamos mucho el acuario. Al ser la primera vez, todo nos sorprendía. El acceso lo compramos por internet, lo que facilitó el acceso. Solamente tuvimos que escanear el código QR que te da la página cuando cobras el boleto y lo pasas por el torniquete y listo. Entras al acuario. Nota: Íbamos con una niña de 1 año y el costo del boleto es exactamente igual que el de un adulto $360, esto me pareció un poco caro.

En la planta baja hay actividades muy interactivas como mesa de arena, tobogán (+5) , puentes colgantes (+3 ). Los exhibidores están limpios, además de los sanitarios. Son muy limpios. Mientras continúas subiendo al siguiente piso, encontrarás variedad de especies. No solamente hay acuáticos, sino reptiles y algunos mamíferos y arácnidos como lémures, serpientes y tarántulas. Hay otros animales que se encuentran en al aire libre como capibsras, cerditos y conejitos aunque estos tienen un costo de $150. Puedes observar flamingos y tortugas de tierra. Existe una jaula gigante que es un tipo aviario dónde puedes entrar gratis. Hay loros y periquitos que puedes alimentar con alpiste que te venden. Me parece que la bolsita está en $10.

En el área de reptiles hay cuyos que puedes acariciar por $5 pero es una actividad para mayores de 5 años (+5).

También puedes hacer burbujas de jabón gigantes en un área para chicos y grandes. Junto a ella, hay unos peceitos en los que puedes meter tu mano y se acercan a tus dedos para comer las células muertas (a los pecesitos les gusta, no los juzguen je,je,je). En es mismo piso hay un estanque de mantarrayas que puedes alimentar por un costo extra. Considero que las especias y estanques más llamativas están aquí pues hay un tunel de cristal dónde puedes ver por todos lados los animales que hay. Ideal para tomar fotos.

También existe en la parte superior un área de comida y juegos. Aquí no hay ya animales. Puedes pasar al área de comida donde venden paquetes como pizza, hot dog y hamburguesa con papas. Los precios están bien por el tipo de lugar. (Chéca las fotos). Hay un gateadero donde los niños menores de 3 años pueden pasar gratis siempre suenun adulto lo vigile, además de juegos como resbaladilla.

Al final hay un parque de brincolines para mayores de 5 años y los dultos también pueden ingresar. La condición es que es obligatorio usar calcetines antiderrapantes (los que tienen gomitas en la planta) si no llevas, allí los venden en $75 el par.

Hay juegos arcade que son entretenidos. El costo por juego es de $20. Hay otro edpac5donde puedes jugar gotcha láser. Me sorprendió que fuera gratis jejeje. La segunda vez lo jugamos a las 8:30 pm y ya no había gente. Jugamos con otro grupo y aunque te revuelven en el juego, lo jugamos 3 veces porque ya éramos los únicos. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

Para salir, existen otras actividades como tiro al blanco, un mini golf. En la salida hay una tienda de recuerdos (Carito) pero puedes comprar hasta tu foto que toman al inicio del Michin ($180)

Es una buena experiencia, aunque si regresa, ya no es la misma emoción que la primera vez. Disfruta...

Puebla is way better organized and has better control on maximum attendance capacity, here you will feel packed and it is impossible to enjoy any views as crowd makes impossible to have a good view angle plus the viewing mirrors are always dirty and hand greased.

Time limitation: As Acuario Michin oversells tickets, they force you to leave the facilities at specific schedules.

Ticketing system: It is nearly impossible to buy tickets online, the checkout experience looks like from the year 2000 and the additional experiences al literally booked with pen and paper.
