Estrella de Puebla — Attraction in Puebla

This was cool to do... once. The cost is either $40 pesos for 1 person or $400 for a private 'car' that fits 6 into individual leather padded seats. The regular admission fits 8 into one car with 2 benches on either side and if you have less than 8 in your party, you may get into a car with strangers for a 15-20 minute ride. (No big deal.) The car goes around 1 time and they don't stop. It just goes very slowly so no motion sickness! Hop on and off while it's moving. My kids are 7 and 8 years old and had no issues. Not sure what they do for the elderly or wheelchairs? When it's slow (no lines) you can probably get away with ending up in one car alone for the individual price. We opted for the private car and it was worth it for us so our kids can be kids and talk as they please without disturbing others. The views were nice and was a good experience. My kids especially liked the glass floor and asked what would happen if we fell out and down... I never answered... hahaha! Estrella de Puebla is a tourist ferris located in the city of Puebla. It was inaugurated on July 22, 2013.The wheel received the Guiness record  accreditation as the largest portable observation wheel in the world, with a diameter of 69.8 meters and a height of 80 meters. it has 54 gondolas with a capacity of eight passengers each. The ticket price is 40 MXN per person and 400MXN for the VIP cabin which accommodates 6 pax as of December 2019. It takes 20 minutes for one round and you can see the panaromic view of the city with background of both the volcanoes. The parking is ample as it uses the same parking as the luxuru mall just beside it. Overall a nice place to visit. It seems new and very well maintained. . it is a very large Ferris wheel .. if I remember right it was 80 pesos a person they had some deluxe style seats for like vip people that were like 800 for 6 people . There was absolutely no one else on it when we went so there was no line and no waiting .. pretty good view .. it goes very very slow takes probably 10 or 15 minutes to go around .. you can see the majority of the city from the top .. I would pay to ride it again for sure.. I don't normally give 5 stars I am fairly conservative with them but this was worth 5...
