I'd give this place 5 star review over the submarines alone. While there are other items to see here, the big P-821 "Heroj" class boat is a centerpiece worth stopping by. Luckily for all the naval entusiasts, instead of being scrapped after the end of its service life, it ended here at the Naval Heritage Collection. The boat is pretty much in its original working condition, and you can take a good look at all the machinery and hardware inside. Showed up, sign on door says, "Temporarily closed." Hours on sign completely different than what's on FB page. No clue what "Temporarily closed" means. Is that one day, a week, for the season?
Never mind. I went by your own posted hours and had limited time in Tivat. Very sad when visitors make the effort to learn your story that you fail them in this way.
Update your website and...

The audio guide was great at providing information however it would have been nice to have some seating available as we had to stand while listening to several...
