There was a woman, who seemed homeless, with two children sitting on a rug, one baby on her lap crying and the other was a child about three years old that seemed agitated and I happen to walk past when all of a sudden the mother, without hesitation, smacks the little girl across the face so hard that her actions caught the attention of other women who went up to her.
