Coral Casino Bonaire — Attraction in Bonaire

This is not a nice place. The casino is one large room, the size of a mid sized ballroom. It is located in the broken down half of a resort, in a shady part of town. When we arrived we thought it was an ambush. There are only 4 gaming tables, 1 Roulette, 2 black jack, 1 three card pocker. There are about 100 slot machines, the employees allow the patrons to sit at machines even when they are not playing. So the 6 machines made after 2010 are always occupied, even if the person sitting there is not actively playing. We unfortunately went on BINGO night, there is no bingo hall, so every surface (including slot machines & gaming tables) was taken up by BINGO players. BINGO went on until about 11pm. Service & dealers we're friendly, but seemed depressed. There is a large section in the middle of the room with high dollar poker that is separated by ratty...

If you are on a cruise ship, be aware that this casino does not open until 730pm or 8pm while you're visiting in port and need to be back on the ship before 930pm...also the island is a little bit run down looking, so ladies - stick to the buddy system after dark, wear crocs or something similar to walk on the beaches due to massive amounts of coral that have washed up on shore and enjoy swimming with the baby fish that will swim with you...

Indoor smoking, crowded, out of date casino area. Machine odds are sus, if you're going to set your % payout extra low at least reinvest some of the money into the place. Could make it a nice location with a remodel and KICK THE SMOKERS OUTSIDE, it's almost 2022 🙄

Couple table games, decent number of slots. Other reviewer was correct, you'll leave smelling...
