Mixed feelings. It's really interesting and fascinating to see all those vehicles and be able to go into some of them. Had to ask if we could go into one. But i kinda understood the plane is a bit fragile. So I do understand that somebody have to be there to guide and keep an eye on. But the several opening times of some vehicle is not worth the wait. It isn't to big. Finished in an hour with two small children who can go fast through these things. But I'm guessing 30min-45min more if you reading the cool stories. I read that there is a plan for a big renovation which it for sure deserve. The place is an empty old office which is barred up and the museum is in a big storage halls on the terrain. Will go again for sure but after the renovation. Hopefully its easier to go into some more vehicle and really want to go on that bus...
Read moreIs it a museum? No, there's no story-line... It's a storage and workshop of a wide variety of transport vehicles. Ranging from bicycles to boats, buses, planes etc. Is it worth a visit? Yes, fragments of history (e.g. WWII) are well explained, the volunteer-staff is very helpful and well informed and there are really some very interesting objects! Please note that it looks like the collection will have to move to a, currently unknown, new site (5th March 2023). So check their website before planning a visit. Read moreAbsolutely fabulous for 3 years kids - my super-active girl were impressed as much as possible, and her parents too. You can seat in a real plane as a pilot and as a passenger, enter an old bus and metro train, see old gas station and bikes. Also you can see in real time how all this wonderful men works on old and new models (men are extremely friendly and nice). There are a lot of kinder activities and an easy, but interesting quest, food corner. We definitely go...
