Pre-trip communication was a little challenging until I started using WhatsApp. As far as I can tell, aside from email, they use it exclusively for communication, whether it be call or text.
The rental process went smoothly. We picked a big lifted Gladiator for our rental. We had to pre-pay in full to make sure we got the vehicle, which honestly, felt a little uneasy for me being that it's international but I gave them all my info anyway, CC, DL, flight info.
They actually text me as I was approaching baggage claim after clearing customs. They must have been watching my flight and gauged their time accordingly. We walked out the door and Nandana was waiting for us literally 30 feet from the exit with a plenty big SUV (we had 4 people, 5 suitcases & another 4 personal bags). She took us to their location to pick up our vehicle. They had an essentially brand new Wrangler hardtop (not big and lifted) waiting for us. I asked about our original rental request and they did have it there and offered it to us but we decided to go with the newer Wrangler. My guess is the Gladiator (it was diesel) may have had minor mechanical issues or maybe they just wanted to impress us. The Wrangler made it to the natural pool and all through the national park with no issues.
Ultimately, everything turned out great with the rental. No hidden charges. Just had to make sure the fuel was where it was when we received it. I was worried about getting additional cleaning charges because the vehicle was very dusty and had some sand inside (nothing a quick wash and vac wouldn't fix) but we weren't charged anything additional.
Overall this place offered a solid rental experience. I only met two people from there and I don't know if there are even any more employees but they were very helpful and super friendly.

We 3 couples) rented a vehicle through our resort, upon arrival, we were sat in three separate UTV’s, two of which did not have working front passenger seatbelts. They fiddled with them (after we brought it to their attention) a few minutes we promptly told them we would not be taking these vehicles out due to safety. The only fixable solution they had for us was to put four of us in one vehicle. That vehicle was fine. However, we now had to share driving duties, which was not how we wanted to spend the day or what we planned and paid for. Everyone wanted their own vehicle. Upon return, we asked for our refund to which they said they would only give us a partial refund because we took out a four seater, we wanted a full refund since we did not get the vehicles we rented two days prior. The manager was rude and short, lacked all basic customer service skills. Not being refunded aside, they had two unsafe vehicles, the seatbelts were clearly broken for a length of time since one mechanism was completely rusted out, The other one looks like it hadn’t been pulled out of the mechanism in quite some time, frayed and mangled. These vehicles should be gone through daily for a safety inspection, and at the very least checked before seating customers! We had this experience booked multiple days before seating. taking these on the road without checking could have been a very bad outcome. Read moreMy experience started as the owner and I agreed on the phone a reasonable price due I am local of $200 for half day for 2 utv.. But soon it ended in a disaster, I arrived at their office one day before and ask the owner about the route I was taking and if he could help to pre arrange the process, he was not so much into helping and ask to come next day. After i ask the worker to not charge my credit card he did anyways. Second i took the utv to the natural pool and soon things when side ways due the park rangers ask us to leave due we had no pass to enter, the owner never told anything about this pass and let us go anyways and waist our time and money. Service was horrible and they put a hold on my credit card for $300 and it took 26 days to receive it. They told me it will take 7-10 days but the owner insist it was my problem with my bank. Maybe locals get treated this way so we don’t occupied their services to let them gain more profit on tourist. Terror of service.
After the facts: Owner did not accept the review professionally and disrespect my intellect and coupe to insults, saying that us local destroy their company. Hope this message reach all local competent companies as individuals to be aware of real deal car rental. Thx Nandana (owner) for the best...
