I recently visited The Airforce Museum in Christchurch, and it's a hidden gem that's well worth the trip, despite being a bit outside the city due to its location on an old airforce base. The best part? It's absolutely free! The amount of information and the things you can see and touch are nothing short of incredible. It's a fantastic activity for children, and they have a wide array of exhibits.

I decided to take the $2NZ tour, and it was an absolute bargain. The tour allowed us to explore the inside of a plane, visit the workshop, and even go behind the black curtain where more planes are undergoing maintenance. It's fascinating to learn that they receive plane donations from the Airforce but have limited space. So please donate generously.

I highly recommend taking the tour; it's well-deserved praise. My tour guide, John, was fantastic, and it's evident that all the volunteers are passionate airplane enthusiasts with connections to the airforce.
