Witnessed a not very nice staff member, as I came in 2 others came in and were asked for their exemptions but in such a rude way as they went to show her one said "you don't need to be rude" (very fair comment) she got angry with them and got very heated. Even though i was just another customer hearing that was horrible I had to walk out because I didn't want to spend my money in a place where people are treated like that, I also don't blame them for walking out behind me. I get it's your job to ask but you're a customer service worker you should know how to speak to people and understand that some peoples reasons for an exemption are for reason you won't ever understand. Saddest part is they were going to show you their exemptions even tho you were rude and you carried on, caused a scene that wasn't necessary & the business losses sales and customers that probably won't return. if your personal opinion is strong about this you should not be working with people or maybe just learn...

Extremely disappointing online experience. Bought 2 jumpers for my Mum. 1 jumper is considerably shorter than the other one (2 sizes down). They would not even participate to the freight cost even though it's no fault of ours. How are we supposed to know it's 2 different manufacturers and they size differently? The service was really great. I ordered online, the process was easy (it had to be, because I am not great at that). Was told very quickly that the colour I wanted wasn't available, so I chose 3 others. Straight away I was advised that the order was ready and 2 days later it arrived. The colour was just as I expected and sooooo lovely. Absolutely beautiful throw, feels so soft and luxurious. The woollen underlay is also very soft and I almost can't wait for tonight.
