Very disappointed with the customer service and the way customers are treated here. We were looking at plants in their nursery when a lady approached us out of no where and asked for a vaccine pass. Upon entering we signed in and were never asked to present a vaccine pass by another staff. The lady was very rude in the way she pointed out and told us to leave right away.

We were picked on out of no where. We wouldn't have had an issue if upon entering we were asked to show a pass. However after one hour in the nursery, it seems very strange how this business operates. We were outside with my husband wearing a mask and I have an examption. Being a week day their were no other customers in sight posing no more risk to anyone the perhaps being in a park. The staff lady was very rude through her words and body language. When we said that we were going to make a purchase she then appeared to be nicer as she knew she would make a sell. Shame on you for treating your customers with such disrespect. Your company policies should be reviewed as we posed no threat to anyone. This business does not have a vaccine mandate as it's an outdoor nursery not an inclosed restaurant! Perhaps the business needs to think about their policies, bit over kill for an outdoor space. More importantly training your staff to be respectful would be much appreciated. We have no problems being asked for a pass it's how it's done. losing customers and thousands of dollars sadly will not be purchasing here in the future due to lack of respect...

I have supported this business for three years, unfortunately I've had a 50% success rate with fruit trees surviving let alone fruiting. Seems most of my trees have had some sort of leaf curl, or fungal infection, even after treatment they have failed. Recently asked very rudely for a Vax pass and was told to leave immediately. Beggers belief that an outdoor nursery would implement this policy and turn away regular customers?? I won't be back ever nor will I recommend to others a business that discriminates on what should be personal medical information. Are management aware that wellington hospital are postponing surgery as they have staff shortage due to covid illness? Three x vaxed and wearing masks, obviously the vaccine does not work so it's pointless requiring your customers to...

Bought a Magnolia DD Blanchard 2 weeks ago tree was on special because it had a few ugly branches. Noticed some black fungus on the tree rang for advice was told it was likely fungus and to come in and buy a treatment. Went back today produced my receipt for the tree the fungus treatment was $22 no discount given the guy waffled on for 20 mins whilst i had two ratty children getting grumpy and restless.

I checked the other trees from same area and they all had the same fungus on them the right thing to do would have been offer me a discount off the treatment to use on a tree that was sold to me with the fungus on it to make it worse the product to fix it was $5 cheaper...
