The guy working your counter needs to sort himself out. Was in there earlier today to buy some cakes and was greeted with the most rude customer service I’ve ever experienced. He looked angry that I was even in the shop, paid cash and he snatched the money out of my hand and threw the cakes on the counter. I thought he was just having a bad day until I noticed the next THREE customers he served were of the same culture and he served them with a smile and even gave them a bag for their two purchases, used his manners and greeted them properly.
