Went for Mother’s Day dinner. Not too bad. I think the owners are Chinese rather than Vietnamese. Clean enough inside with some nice paintings etc. Service was not exceptionally friendly by the gentleman on that evening. Seemed to be run off his feet doing mostly everything on his own with an elderly lady manning the kitchen. Prawn rolls were nice but missing the traditional Vietnamese mint in them and coriander I’ve had in Vietnam. Dipping sauce was more a soy type base rather than the Vietnamese style fish sauce and chillies. Still, wasn’t too bad. I had the special soup. Sort of like the ones I’ve had in Vietnam but sort of different being Chinese I guess. It wasn’t, though, by any means bad. Would I go again? Maybe and I’d stick with the soups I suppose. Bill for two adults and a little one $62.

Come here if you are looking for bomb as vietnamese food. I've tried a bunch of things from here before and I think everything is really good ! Vermicelli Special: 👍 8.3/10 Really solid bowl of noodles. The fish sauce was well balanced, sweet, salty, sour and umami. Grilled pork and chicken had really good flavour. More of a soy sauce and lemongrass flavour profile. The meat was well cooked, very soft and tender. The spring roll was super good as well, nice porky filling and the exterior was super crispy, and has a nice chewy texture. The pickles carrots has good crunchy texture, and flavour was well balanced of sweet and sour. Follow my socials for more indepth food review: YT/IG: Kiwi_friedchicken TikTok: kiwi_friedchicken1

Went there for dinner and ordered a beef pho. Food was very average, must have changed hands, it was better when we last went. A little bit pricy for the quality in my opinion. Saw the lady deal with the rubbish in the rubbish bin near the counter with gloves on, then added a new rubbish bag and started handling the cups and bowls in the cupboard by the counter. Very unhygenic, and will not be returning.

Ok, I am writing this review for my pregnant wife who dined in this restaurant on 06/07/2020. First of all, she is pregnant and she needs to make sure that the food are good before consuming it as she is carrying another life within.

She and her friend ordered two bowls of Pho noodles and it was not her first time having Pho. She have had Pho in New Zealand before as well as in the United States. She has tried different Pho Restaurants, in different countries, made by different chefs before. In this case, the restaurant served her a bowl that had rancid smell coming from the noodles. Like anyone would do, she raised the concern with the person in charge of the restaurant, which was the boss at the time. The food was untouched and was taken away as quickly as they could have. After that they were charged 10 dollar a person by the boss who then went on the verbally humiliate her while pointing his finger at her. The boss never offered to replace the dish, never offered an apology for the spoiled food, HE THEN GO ON TO CHARGED HER FOR IT. How does anyone who run a restaurant like this is still in business.

After leaving the place with her friend and shopping around hungry for a while, she finally gather the courage to go back and confront him about it as it was absolutely ridiculous for him to charge her for spoiled food that she never touched. Still not only was he unapologetic for what happened, he tried to resolve this by offering a refund 10 dollar of the 20 dollar that was charged for serving his spoiled food. Not only that, he even went on to tell my wife that "你地系唔系玩野啊, 玩野我陪你玩, 我玩得起“ in chinese. What that means is "if they are playing games intentionally, if they're doing this intentionally, he can afford to play this game." I hope you close your restaurant one day after being sued to the ground for serving spoiled food pal.

If you value your health, do not patron this restaurant for their rancid and...

Witnessing Unjust Treatment of a Family Due to Accidental Spillage by a Child

As an eyewitness to a recent incident at your establishment, I feel compelled to express my concern regarding the unjust treatment of a family by one of your servers. The situation unfolded when a child accidentally spilled a paper cup, resulting in minor mess on the table and chairs.

The parents of the child promptly took action to clean up the table, but due to the nature of the spill, the chair cushions remained soiled. Despite the parents' efforts, the server's response was unreasonably harsh. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, the server berated the parents, accusing them of poor parenting and failing to discipline their child.

However, it was clear to me that the spillage was purely accidental and did not warrant such condemnation. The paper cup in question was flimsy and not as easy to handle as a glass, especially when filled with water. The child's actions were a result of innocence and curiosity, not deliberate misbehavior.

To make matters worse, the server went as far as declaring that the family was no longer welcome to dine at the establishment. This unjustified expulsion was followed by the server intentionally bumping into a young girl while clearing the table.

Such behavior from a member of your staff is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. It is imperative that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that all patrons are treated with respect and fairness.

Thank you for your attention to...
