Caccia-Birch House is a New Zealand colonial homestead and a Heritage New Zealand Category I Historic Place. It is located at 130 Te Awe Awe Street in the city of Palmerston North. Completed in 1892, it is named after William Caccia Birch and his wife Maude, who gifted the property to the government in 1941.

Cavcia Birch was the perfect venue for an offsite professional development workshop. We used the spacious upstairs room which has bathrooms handy, access to a verandah and a lift for disabled access. We all came prepared with extra layers expecting am old house to be cold but the heating was perfect and we needed to remove layers.
The catering was great - the cakes were fantastic! The grounds are fabulous; really lovely to take breaks in. Also a good exhibition in the old Coach House to supplement the historical photographs...

Cacciabirchhouse was everything I expected for a professional function. Spacious, Quiet, elegant, plenty of bathrooms, food of a very high standard and plenty of it. Warn, staff friendly and accommodating. The rental equipment ate of art. Notes of wifi use. Tables set out and areas set to eat.
