My friend surprised me with this accommodation for my birthday trip and i was absolutely awestruck to say the least! Very much to my taste! Everything was amazing and the hotel is so charming with a homely atmosphere and beautiful architecture and antique inspired furnishings which i adored. Our room and the view was dreamy! Facilities and service were great! Nobody got in our way but were available when needed. We got to enjoy the gorgeous pool to ourselves as it wasn't busy. We only stayed 1 night which did not give us enough time to appreciate some things like the cute little library and the squah and the dining was closed during our stay which hopefully will be open the next time we visit. Breakfast was lovely with a stunning view and friendly service. We left with heavy hearts. Will be reserving at least 2 or more nights next time so i can spend more time in and i absolutely cannot wait to revisit this iconic hotel!

We booked a couples massage and a hot tub experience. The massages were amazing. The tables you lie on are really large so you don't feel like your arms will fall off. They use lovely hot towels throughout the experience. When you ask for deep tissue they really give you this. They also focus on the areas you ask them too which hardly ever happens. They also give you a lovely heated and weighted eye mask when you turn over to block the light. The view is also amazing. The hot tub was good too once we asked to move as the first one was a bit chilly. Reviews say the place is run down. We didn't experience this. The style is very roman / versace ish so may not be everyones cup of tea but the parts we experienced were clean and well looked after.

Very good looking place, the view is amazing. I wish the staff let people know if you wish to grab any drinks before or while waiting for the outdoor spa, We lost around 10 minutes between they showed us “around” and we got changed and finally got a drink to take with us ( and we arrived earlier ) There’s also no private showers or private changing room if you wish to leave the place ready to go somewhere else, just a bit disappointed, specially with the amount of money you spend.

We booked a spa experience online. We tried to ring to confirm as the weather wasn't great. No one picked up the phone or returned our call until we finally made contact 5 hours after initially booking. Our booking was finally confirmed at 3pm, and we were excited for the hotpool experience that evening. We arrived on time, only to find our hotpool was not ready, and they didn't know when it would be. After about 15 mins of sitting around, they told us that it was not going to get hot enough and they couldn't offer us a spa that night. We initially booked this at 10am and they couldn't have the spa ready for 9pm. So incompetent! It was an autumn evening, and 15 degrees Celcius outside, so not exactly taxing conditions for getting a spa up to temperature. Save yourself some time and hassle and go to the Onsen baths. - Which were amazing, and...

This place is sooo amazing, beautiful, clean, inviting, serene and the atmosphere is as calming as it gets.

I had a lovely 60 minutes massage with lovely Janiah. I am very specific when it comes to massages. I have tried so many, but this is a winner.

Janiah made me feel sooo comfortable, good and relaxed that I immediately almost fell asleep. I was able to disconnect and relax. I had such an awesome experience with Janiah because she listens to your areas of concern and really takes the time to address it.

Thank you sooo much and I will definitely go back and I would highly recommend her and all the staff to anyone because they’re very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, nice and knows their stuff and the prices and special packages are really reasonable and the service you get is...
