The cricket ground is in great shape and is perfect for playing. It has two well-kept pitches that are in excellent condition, providing a smooth surface for both batting and bowling. The field is flat and the grass is evenly cut, which makes the game more enjoyable without any unexpected bounces or surprises. There’s also plenty of parking on both sides of the ground, making it easy for players and spectators to park their cars. The surrounding area is green and open, adding to the nice atmosphere of the place. Overall, it’s a great spot for cricket matches, practice sessions, or even just a casual game with friends.

Fantastic park for cricket! The best public nets in Auckland I've seen! There are three fantastic nets with a full run up and the nets and pitches are in top condition. The nets are totally enclosed so even if the ball goes past the bowler, you will often find it rolling straight back to the bowler after it hits the back net. Lifesaver! Just to note; the nets take quite a while to dry after the nighttime dew or rain on previous days.

The grounds are excellent, four artifical pitches with nice long boundaries with fast outfield. Not bumpy as well! Some runups have been filled with sand temporarily since they couldn't be maintained due to COVID-19. However, they are usually in top condition. Pitches are also great, no damage. Slightly more sand in the outfield, but this is great as the ground doesn't hold dew at all. It will be bone dry by 7.30-8.00 on a sunny...

To that white lady who let her three big dogs square up to my dog while she could clearly see i was training my dog on the small part of the park even standing close as to us knowing she could have the whole rest of the park and i wasnt hogging it.

It super obvious that my dog was hella distress with her barking and growling at the dogs and the ladh not even correct the dogs or moving them away from mine was super rude.

Also just to point out there other people with there dogs who could see i was training and moving there dogs away from mine but also actaully being considerate, its litterally the bare mimium.

I could clearly tell this woman was not from west auckland because most westies are cool people who are super friendly and chill,

If i see you at the park again im standing my ground and tell you to...
