Awesome place to spend an hour or four. If you have kids, the kids climbing wall is excellent, as you don't need anyone to belay them (great place for kids birthday parties too). The kids climbing wall is also good for people (adults) that don't have anyone to belay you; there are several climbs that are very challenging. If you do have a climbing partner, the adult area has many challenges to tackle. There is also a bouldering area, that is very tricky, and an awesome spot on the top floor with Star Wars lego and other Star Wars memorabilia to look at. All the people that work there are very knowledgable and extremely nice and helpful....

Attention: Owner Please talk to your staff about how to be friendly with the customers. We had a terrible experience with the guy working today(8-9-2023). He just came to us and said that the other customers were disturbed because of my son crying. When my wife asked them whether they were concerned, none complained and confirmed they didn’t even listen to his cry (They were practising on the other side), he just lied to us. Whenever a customer enters, he makes his face as if why they are coming. Please make him understand that every child is not the same and parents put effort into teaching their children. Great facilities (1xstar) Customer Service is more than lacking. Repeated (x3) experiences of escalated, antagonistic and aggressiveness just for asking questions. Bad attitude is an understatement.

You finally lost a family of four patronage, due to your shortfuse and clear inability to prioritise pleasantness over your irritation at being asked something, not on your FAQ list. The pricing structure is not straight forward or typical of a gym, and clearly designed to rip-off customers with stacked costs.
