We hired the Dean Greenwood Swim School, New Windsor on 22nd Feb for our son's 7th birthday. The tables and chairs were already placed out before we could arrive. We booked the place from 2pm to 6pm and it was so worth it as the kids and adults all had a blast. The whole facility was for our own use and heaps of parking. A BIG SHOT OUT to Mia and Kadin, the 2 young adults who were on lifeguard duty for the party. They did their job with excellence and dedication. Kept a watchful eye on the kids literally going from one side of the pool to another as the kids were trying to jump off the big float. Not once did they slack in their jobs! Infact when one of the kids got hurt, Kadin took charge of the situation and got it all sorted and out the boy at ease. Even the kid's mum was impressed with the way Kadin handled the whole process. So thank you...thank you so much. Mia & Kadin, you guys are absolute LEGENDS! I highly recommend having booking this for a party, especially with little ones. Safe, secure and fun...
Read moreI’m really disappointed with the way this swimming school handles things. Every staff member gives a different answer, and no one seems to know what the actual policies are. Until last month, we were able to cancel lessons without any issue and use make-up vouchers. Suddenly, they decided to cancel all of our make-up vouchers, saying you have to be a “regular person” to use them.

I’ve been warned before about their inconsistent approach, but I never took it seriously until now. They never update us on the kids’ progress, and after the reply I received from them, I felt so let down that I had to leave a review.
I’ll finish the few make-up lessons left, but I won’t be coming back. If you want your child to really grow and be looked after properly, I would not...
Read moreVery very Disappointed. Our 8 year old son , after his session me took him to the change room and his mum joined . Than come the Jonny guy and said ladies not allowed in there . She came out . Than in 3 minutes comes a lady with her son and no questions. When I asked the Jonny guy , he said talk to the receptionist. Asked her and she started some collage lectures . Than I checked with the manager. Explained her the scenario, He answer was , we did not see her . What the hack . Are they Blind or just careless. This is the second time this happened. When I question last time , receptionist said the age matters , etc bla bla bla . There are no signs of age barrier and gender . Open change room where no privacy to any kids either boy or girl of any age and any race . This was a next level experience today . Very missed off and m not...
