Ive never reviewed a company online before but when i was told to go to justcuts because i had a newborn and didnt have the time to sit and get my hair washed and blow dryed, that left me quite disappointed. Sad to see that the salon priorotised there own needs over taking care of a first time mum who had been waiting a really long time to be able to get a trim and was really looking forward to it.

I understand that the quality of service is to ensure the client leaves happy after seeing the final product but being made to feel less than worthy because i didnt have the time on my side was frankly a little...

These guys are amazing! Definitely an undercover gem in the City of Sails with amazing technicians who do incredible colour and are just hands down lovely caring people. They go the extra mile for all of their customers and when I’ve been there before Michael has gone to do home cuts for older clients who just can’t get in, or baking for people in need. The whole team (Michael, Leticia and Emma) are very kind, the salon has an awesome culture, and they do great blonde....

My husband has had his hair cut by Michael for literally decades, and at this point this is the salon everyone in our family trusts.

Its not just that they are superb at styling and colouring hair, but every time you sit in the chair with Michael, Letitia or Emma you feel seen and heard. And you get a haircut that feels as good in between visits as is does when you leave the salon. Can’t recommend...
