Sky View Restaurant, Abuja – A Sky-High Experience with Warm Vibes & Mixed Bites ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tucked away on the 8th floor of Sky View Hotel 🏨, just about 20 minutes from Reid Continental in Abuja, lies a hidden culinary perch with plenty of promise – Sky View Restaurant. We discovered it during a calm April evening while attending a colon cancer workshop in town 🩺. After spotting good reviews online and hearing a few friends rave about it, our group of seven professionals decided to check it out. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The security staff were polite and quick to point us toward the external glass elevator 🚡 that lifted us high above the city to the restaurant – already a mini adventure! And oh, the staff! Kind, smiley, and always helpful. They rearranged tables for us with no fuss, and we had a few photo moments 📸 as we soaked in the stylish, cozy ambience. Lighting? Perfect 💡. AC? Too cold at first ❄️ but sorted with a smile. Wi-Fi? Fast and free ✅. Washrooms? Outside the restaurant but nearby and clean 🚻. The menu was digital (scan the QR code 📱) and wow – elaborate! From Nigerian classics 🇳🇬 to Mediterranean options, seafood, poultry, vegetarian, wines, beers, cocktails 🍷🍗, mocktails 🧃… you’ll find something for everyone. We kicked off with the Nigerian suya platter – hot, spicy, and insanely good. Beef, gizzards, livers, onions… all chargrilled to perfection 🔥. Honestly, one of the best starters I’ve had in a while. For mains, most of my friends went for the grilled chicken with hot sauce and fries 🍗🍟. Another tried the Jollof rice and chicken – a true crowd-pleaser. I went rogue and ordered salmon and fries. Big mistake. The salmon was a dry, frozen-tasting disappointment 🥲 – like it had been lost in a freezer dimension for years. Never again. But hey, the fries were crunchy and well-seasoned, and the salad was fresh. Drinks were lovely – I had a few glasses of wine 🍷, while my colleagues enjoyed strawberry daiquiris and lemonade mocktails 🍓🍋 – sweet, tangy, and pretty to look at. The view? Don’t expect a glamorous skyline 🌆 – that part of Abuja is still growing. But dining 8 floors up still gives that nice “above the hustle” feeling. 💸 Damage? Around $20 per person – great value for a solid group dinner with good vibes. Would I return? Yes, absolutely – but never ordering the salmon again! Next time, I’m sticking to Jollof or trying the steak 🥩. Rating: 4/5 One star lost for the salmon misadventure – but everything else? Spot on. Pro Tip: Go local with your order, don’t miss the suya starter, and bring a light sweater if you get cold easily 🧥. Been to Sky View Restaurant? What did you love (or not love)? Drop a comment below! I had a fantastic experience at one of the best restaurants in Abuja—Skyview! Initially, I planned to have just one meal, but I ended up ordering an extra dish to take home because I couldn't resist the unique flavor of their delicious Chinese rice and chicken, especially at such an affordable price.

I will definitely return, as the Skyview lounge also impressed me with a wide variety of exquisite cocktails which I consider the best I ever had in any...

It was a lovely experience at SkyView Restaurant in Abuja. Their waiters and waitresses were very warm, polite and professional. I loved the food and the drinks, the taste was 10/10, the soft music playing in the back ground while ate and gisted with friends was my highlight. Would definitely be...
