Nice. Nothing exclusive about it. It was closed and I doubt if it is ever open. But yeah it over looks part of the city, so some good view. There is school and it’s playground next to it. Do not expect any wow factor to it. Feels a tower in a random location.

Small exposition of pictures and other historical moments about the city of Moss and this tower inside it. But essentially empty and not very interesting. The windows at the top are closed by plexiglass panels so don't hope for a good view and pictures of the city. A little...
