Moss Town- and Industry Museum — Attraction in Moss

A very interesting museum that is a worthwhile visit for anyone curious about the history of Moss. The exhibits are thoughtful in a way that museum nerds will appreciate and that general visitors will find useful and explanatory.

A note: if you cannot read Norwegian, bring someone with you who is patient enough to translate. While I wish there was an English-language booklet for the displays, I understand how much work that would take to produce...

Oj, her var det over alle forventninger. Hvilket hyggelig personalet, kunnskapsrike og veldig blide! Bedre kan det neppe bli, en sann fornøyelse. Vi er skjelden i Moss, men hadde lest i «Ferrytales» ,et magasin på Bastø fergen som vi tar ofte, om museet og bestemte oss for å besøke det. Det angrer vi ikke på! Et besøk anbefales på...

Otroligt fattigt museum med vansinnigt lite prylar. Den här nya typen av upplevelsemuseum utan artefakter och med stora plancher och halva museet som lekpark är totalt värdelöst! Med de byggnaderna och dessa förutsättningar skulle där kunna vara ett otroligt fint museum. Så dum är idén att den förmodligen är importerat...
