Rampestreken Starting Point — Attraction in Rauma

Very hard climb up to rampestreken, with parts when you'll have to use both your arms and legs to climb, and it's very steep and you'll have to walk very close to the edge with only a chain to hold on to 😅 not for someone scared of heights.. but the views were cool when you've made it to the top on the mountain 😅 also not worth parking right by the starting point, there's a lot of free parking options only on a few minutes walking distance from the starting point if you're on a budget and not afraid to walk a...

Absolutely amazing!! One of my favourite hikes I’ve the views are absolutely unreal! If you are on the fence about going please do it! It took us 1.5hours to get to Rampstreken (gondola) then another 1 hour to Hogaksla (991m) we couldn’t make it all the way up Romsdalseggen unfortunately due to snow. Not sure what to say, in such a touristic are one would expect a visitor center of some sort, while this is a big souvenir store with a quite poor fast-food-like restaurant. And i guess this is the reason why many people stop here on the road. Staff is unable to give suggestions on touristic activities, but maye it's not their job.... For that, you need to drive further to Rauma...
