We brought downhill bikes to the biggest bikepark in norway. And lets say it was more uphill than Downhill for us. DO NOT bring a DH bike Since this park or the one in the skilift are meant for other bike types. We had to walk most of the way back and we were completely exhausted.

They should specify that when announcing their park as a bike park.

And bring something to drink along the way, the road is quite long!

I'd recommend this for a family trip, everyone can have a nice and calm bicycle trip in this arena. Or if you prefer jumps there are quite a few to...

We are tourists from Germany and came especially to this place because of the big promotion of the bike arena on instagram. But in Trysil it doesn’t seem like they want to have mountainbike tourists. No signs, no tourist information about the bikepark. The whole area of SkiStar is closed. No restaurants/shops open. The chairlift was closed in June. In the end we found the bikepark, with some nice but not special trails. Not worth the long...

Excellent bike park with climbing park right next to it. Busy when weather is nice. If you want to eat there is a small kiosk at the climbing park, otherwise you need to go back to the Radisson hotel for better options. There is also a nice area for barbecue if you want to make it a cheaper experience. The bike park is free, but I recommend you donate a little when you are there to keep it open.

This Bikepark is for Beginner mostly. The Lift only Works when the sun is shining, as soon as there are a few clouds the lift closes. I don’t recommend this bikepark for people who are advanced riders. I was here for 1 1/2 days and I only got 6 laps done because the lift closed because of Bad weather even though the sun was out and the sky was blue.

Very nice place, we are not experts cyclists so the green tracks made our day. We tried a blue one but it was not more steep: it was more gravel and rocks, difficult and felt dangerous for us. Maybe we just got the wrong piece! The arena is free but you can vipps to support them. A lot of small and brave vikings kids, very funny to see
