Al Ansab Wetland is a hidden gem in Muscat, offering a peaceful retreat into nature. Managed by Nama Water Services, this artificial wetland has blossomed into a vibrant ecosystem supporting over 300 bird species, including migratory and resident birds like eagles and herons.
The area is beautifully maintained, with walking paths that meander through lush greenery and tranquil water bodies. It's an ideal spot for birdwatching, photography, or simply enjoying a quiet moment away from the city's hustle.
Visits are organized in time slots, so it's best to plan ahead and book through the official Nama website. The early morning and late afternoon slots are particularly recommended for the best wildlife sightings.
Whether you're a nature enthusiast or just looking for a serene place to relax, Al Ansab Wetland offers a unique and enriching experience. Highly recommended for anyone...
