Trampo Oman — Attraction in Muscat

Great new Adventure Zone in Muscat We visited Trampo Extreme at the weekend and were immediately impressed at the size, layout and prices of this new enterprise.

Location is within the Ghala Industrial Estate, right at the western edge near Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre.

The facilities inside are amazing with so many activities to choose from, including trampolines, climbing walls, obstacle zones, mini football pitch and rooms to hire for birthdays, celebrations and more.

The staff were really friendly and customer service orientated which was a bonus.

There are snacks, which will be increasing in the future to an increased variety of fast foods for clients to maintain energy levels whilst enjoying all of the activities.

Today we have visited Trempo Extreme and found it very disappointing for multiple reasons. I am categorizing them as follows:

1. Staff: They have hired all young kids from colleges and schools who are busy in chit chats and they are mostly busy over the phone without giving attention to kids, which posses serious threats to kids and possibility of accidents.
2. Cleanliness: Washrooms were very dirty and smelly both for men and women. Ceasars bakery cafeteria is infested with cockroaches, which can be seen scrawling inside the food display section.
3. Value for money: If you are planning to organize any event such as birthdays than it definitely not a right option. It is neither value for money nor have much to entice kids. Staff was organizing few games but they were very badly managed. I can see staff using there phones most of the times rather than...

Customer care is very poor

1-They will let you stand in a que without any guidlines, 2-once its your turn at the counter,they will will ask you to go nearby screen to register your details but the system will only take your details but it shall not give you acces to get the ticket. 3-By the time you come back ,the you shall have again to stand on the que to get your ticket 4-But the last bad thing is to be told that the other session shall start after 30min while you have been in que for the last 25min…

The employee of the place they dont care at all about customer service ,and they can easly tell yoi put the review as you feel inside the google.

I dont advice customer to go to tramplon oman if you are in harry or you are having another day schedule.
