I held my daughter's birthday here and it was a complete disaster and disappointment. The staff is so unorganized and even though it was not busy AT ALL they couldn't properly organize themselves for the birthday. Arcade cards were not given out to the kids on time. I had to run after the 'party coordinator ' who was clueless and incompetent. 15 minutes into the arcade play, the cards stopped working for some kids. Then they asked me that they will get the food from the food court and to give them the reciepts. They missed one restaurant and order completely and had to rush to send someone to grab as the guests were all seated and waiting. The worst part is for the last of the story. They served the cake so badly that my own daughter did not get the birthday cake and it all 'finished'. Instead of serving everyone seated, they were waiting for everyone to come and get it which caused a lot of confusion as many maids and helpers came and took double/triple servings. My daughter burst into tears because she didn't get her own birthday cake. Imagine. There is even more. As I was seeing off all the guests, the sindbad staff and workers completely cleared out boxes and boxes of untouched and uneaten food. When I asked them where the food was they said it was all finished and they pretended to play dumb. When I made them open up the garbage, it was all there.
