Sheeba Park — Attraction in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

On of the best park in Lahore for jogging, running, walk , exercise or for hanging with friends. Sheeba Park near Y block DHA 3 lahore, Main entrance is right opposite to Mezan bank. First of all its quite a huge park. Entrance is big and vast as well as it has a huge parking for cars and bikes. Good thing of the park is: its secure and safe, DHA security is always available here. The tracks or jogging tracks here are awesome. They are soft and carpeted which makes them perfect for jogging and running. The softness of the tracks is good for running because it prevents from gastrocnemius muscles to damage or hurt. The sheeba park also has swings and slides as well as seesaws installed for children. For exercise, some basic equipment are also provided here. The park is full or greenery and colourful flowers which increase its beauty and provides a pleasant atmosphere to visitors. Nature has been also preserved here. Peacocks, rabbits and birds like pigeons are kept here in good care. Public toilets separate for men and women are also available here . Whereas for drinking water a watercooler is also installed here near restrooms. Its a park full of nature, birds,colourful flowers, trees and amazing tracks. This is my favourite park to go to in Lahore. It's quite central and in a safe zone, right next to McDonald's. Usually you'll see families with their kids or people coming here for walk, exercise etc. It's a beautiful park and it's really well maintained. They have really pretty flower bed layouts. The park also has a variety of birds such as peacocks, pheasants, pigeons, doves and parakeets along the pathway in huge cage enclosures. They used to have rabbits, but I don't see them anymore. It's really enjoyable to spend some peaceful time here amidst the busy city life. They have spacious and ample parking and I never have any trouble finding a spot here. They also have a gazebo along with benches for people to sit and relax in. They used to have a really nice pond and fountain, but it had to be closed due to dengue and malaria spreading. The park itself is fenced and you have to get through the designated gates. Food and drink is not allowed inside the park to keep it clean. Overall the park is so nice and relaxing and I always go here every time...
