CC Park — Attraction in Model Town Tehsil

As someone who lives in DHA Phase 4, I think it's safe to say that this park is my favourite place in the neighbourhood. It's huge and has a variety of amenities, so there's something for everyone.

The park is great for long walks, especially if you want to get some fresh air or exercise after work. If you have kids who are bored at home and need to run around and burn off some energy, this is the perfect place for them to do so! The playground has swings and slides, but also plenty of space for kids to just run around on their own. There is also tennis / badminton court open to the public, which is great if you want to play tennis / badminton with your friends or family members!

It's also nice that there are several benches throughout the park where you can sit down and watch people play sports or just relax with a book. There's a public toilet available too. I've always loved CC Park for its expanses of grass where children can run freely until they gasp for breath. DHA has been merciful for not filling it up with concrete and bathroom tile water features and fountains. The benches are well placed, great for those of us who have dodgy knees. Lovely shady trees, plants and flowers, are all food for our souls. What I object to is the poor state of the play equipment for children. The dilapidated condition does not suit the mega rich DHA. Well made toilets but the smell is hellish. Not enough guards to manage the 'dheet' cricket playing families or to control single men who come only to pull their shalwars knee high, sit on the benches and ogle...

A very nice, clean and spacious park. Ideal for jogging but it also has a basketball court and a badminton court as well an outdoor gym for a few different exercises. A variety of stuff for kids as well like Monkey Bars, Seesaw, Obstacle course etc. The sitting areas can get disturbing because of Johnny&Jugnu customers but in case you feel such inconvenience inform the guards they'll immediately remove them from the park by either just simply telling them to leave or calling DHA Security if someone refuses to leave.
