Cleaning Staff and Hygiene: ⭐️ 1/5 The dining experience commenced on a disconcerting note when cleaning staff haphazardly sprayed chemicals near my table, which landed on my food and me. This careless action not only ruined the meal but also raised health concerns.

Chicken Kebabs: ⭐️ 2/5 The chicken kebabs were excessively salted, masking any potential flavors and contributing to an unpalatable experience.

Behari Kabab: ⭐️ 2/5 The Behari Kabab was disappointingly dry and lacked the succulence and rich taste one would expect.

Naan Bread: ⭐️ 3/5 The naan bread was fairly acceptable, but not enough to salvage the dining experience.

Health Aftermath: ⭐️ 1/5 Following the meal, I experienced an upset stomach which further raises questions regarding the hygiene and food preparation standards at Bundu Khan. This is deeply concerning as food establishments have a responsibility to ensure the well-being of their patrons.

Overall Service and Ambiance: ⭐️ 2/5 The ambiance was average, but the service left much to be desired, particularly with the cleaning staff’s reckless behavior.

Very much disappointed. Been one of my favorite restaurants but today had a very bad experience. We had already booked a table for 15 people and specially instructed that we need the ground floor sitting because parents are very old and cannot step up the stairs. The booking was confirmed by us twice but when we arrived our booking at ground floor was automatically shifted to first floor without any prior notification. As it was not possible in any case for our parents to go on the first floor we argued with the manager why this happened. The manager was apologizing but still insisted us to go on first floor or wait outside for 20,25 minutes untill any table is cleared. This was the limit we had enough and when we decided to leave the restaurant after arguing they quickly arranged the table for us on the ground floor. Very disappointing, embarrassing and disturbing behavior. This all thing happened in Bundu Khan DHA phase 4 restaurant. The BBQ they served was too much salty especially Beharii botii. Their special coconut kheer was bitter and salty. Ras malai was also not upto the mark. I don't know what has actually happened to their taste and I dont think so we will be going again to this...

Such a overrated place. Nothing special. Ordered a achari handi and achari daal. The sum of 2 handia was less than 3k. And guess what the total bill was 7581. They dont have plain roti just to charge you extra for khamiri roti that was 150 each like it has some gold pieces in it. Mint margarita 650 each glass. Russian salad just a small plate filled with boiled potatoes with cream and a few apple pieces. After complaining they changed the plate adding some extra apple pieces. Zeera raita looked like a lassi raita. Rather than yogurt it had lassi with zeera. Ambience is good. Beautiful decoration but with very loud music. I mean its not a pub nor a club why u put so loud music. People go their to eat and have chit chat. Not to hear your pathetic playlist. While asking for the bill they added mineral water from their own without even being served. Made the correction after complaining. Such a horrible experience.
