Xtreme Adventures Panama — Attraction in Coclé

Worst experience ever!!! They are not professional and the equipment is dated. My family and I paid for her ski’s and we’re told we could have 2 people on each jet ski for an extra $15. Once everything was paid and settled 2 family members when into the water just for 1 jet ski to flip over because the jet ski handle bars were not working and the steering was non existent this is something the company knew and still allowed for us to pay. When one of the workers went out in the water to assist my family who flipped over they expressed they wanted to return to the beach because of it and the owner got aggressive and mad because he said no refunds but how can you send someone in the water with equipment that didn’t work now my other family does not want to get on and can not as there were no more jet ski’s that worked for everyone to ride together as the owner stated he was rude and argumentative and did not return the money poor business I would not recommend do not bother the jet ski that flipped started smoking as they pulled it out the water never again worst experience once we went to the desk to retrieve the phones you have to leave for security deposit the guy said we had to pay for the flipped jet ski engine to be flushed and said we broke the jet ski but the worker that was in the water said it was broke already and it was ok but the owner ripped us off in order to get...

My family went on a whim to go parasailing with Xtreme. We had a blast! The wind was low and it cut our parasail short. It was unfortunate that when we landed the wind died and when we came close to the boat the sail went into the water. Due to the wind, we were sent straight down and my wife cut herself badly. When it happened she bled badly. The staff was amazing!!!! They made sure we were ok, and took our pictures around the island. It took another ten mins to get back to shore and when we got back we were greeted by the lifeguard who tended to her cut. Did not hold my reservation! I had talked with them two weeks before my daughters birthday to arrange a tour. We had a time and an agreement, told me to remind them two days before. When I did, they said they had another reservation at that time but could do a later time, I said that was fine. The day of the tour, I message to confirm again and they said it would be impossible for that day.
