Sta. Lucia East — Attraction in Cainta

Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall really disappoints me! Last December 2023 they allowed my family to enter their premises with my pet bunny in a pet stroller it has protective shade to close the entire stroller but recently May 27, 2024 same thing as we did last December my pet bunny is in a pet stroller BUT the guard didn't allowed my family with a pet bunny, they also reiterated that small dogs are the ONLY pet's allowed inside the mall. Upon researching in Facebook groups of pet owners in the Philippines this mall was INCONSISTENT regarding pets. Some owners are NOT ALLOWED even if they have small dogs. They doesn't allow cats inside the mall as well! When we asked the guard about the policy we want to see some memo or paper of the management that certain pets are allowed inside the mall but the guards FAILED TO SHOW ANY papers from the management. I've been visiting this mall since I was in elementary, high school and working in a school way back late 1990s, 2000s and 2010s but for the first time ever I am disappointed with your inconsistency and incompetence! We sat down to play cards sa Food Court earlier and a guard approached us and threatened to take them. He reasoned that we're taking up space that could go to other customers. Very confusing because, if you looked around, you see a lot of people with their phones on and no food on them who equally take the same space as us. Did you know? During the typhoon Ondoy where there was great flood on Pasig and its neighboring areas, this led to many commuter being stranded and in danger on the streets. Sta. Lucia mall housed many of these stranded commuters and even gave rations / free food. Remembering that, I spend almost a half day in Sta.
