i stayed at the super 8 down the road, (bad choice) for 2 nights.then moved over to sogo. big difference. nite and day difference.. first room was #307 nice room, but very stinky, toilet did not work right, tv sucked. they moved me to room #102. but the bathroom light did not work and ac did not work well. so then they moved me to room #101. no problems so far. staff was very helpful and nice. they did all the moving of my things for me. been here for over a week and is the best hotel for the cheap price. less than 3 min to walk to 2 different malls which have everything you would need to buy or things to eat. payed for the executive room. cost is less than $40.00 us dollars a nite. i did spend some time in the room, but was out and about checking out the sites of the city most of the time. if and when i come back. i would for sure stay here again. its not a fancy hotel, but the food was good when...

We ordered it for dinner and for breakfast. Their corn coup was also good, their cheeseburger and many more ^_^||||Overall, overnight stay was ok, we...

How can guests feel welcome when staff give guests attitude? I asked my wife to contact customer service to confirm if such policy exists and the csr confirmed that there is no such thing. I confronted the supervisor again and didn't even get an apology.
